Group Therapy

Adult Groups

We hurt and heal in relationship.

Adult groups are a cost-effective way to bring about powerful change.

In group work, we make mistakes, find connection, deepen empathy, and practice healthier communication. Group unapologetically reveals how old wounds show up in the way we relate to others—and gives us the opportunity to heal through new, supportive relationships.

While we can’t change the past, we can experience meaningful healing in a safe, therapist-supported environment that reflects real-life dynamics.

Adult groups may be open-process spaces or centered around a shared experience—such as divorce, grief, or parenting. These groups offer focused support while still honoring the organic connections and insights that unfold when people gather with similar stories.

Child + Teen Groups

Groups for kids offer supportive spaces to navigate big feelings and transitions.

Groups focus on shared experiences like divorce, grief, middle school transition, neurodivergence, or social-skills challenges. Through play, creativity, and connection with peers, kids learn they’re not alone and practice healthy coping and communication.

Creative Rituals + Meaning-Making Studio

SUNDAYS 3:30-4:45 PM

A creative, contemplative therapy group for adults drawn to deeper questions and the mysterious ways we unfold. We explore the role of ritual, ceremony, cycles, and meaning-making through creative expression and mindful practices. We bring curiosity and compassion to both shadow and light, taking an active role in creating our own narratives and honoring the inner wisdom that guides us. No artistic experience needed—just openness to exploring your inner world through creative process. (max group size: 6)

Neurospice + Everything Nice: Parents of Neurodivergent Kids

THURSDAYS 7:00-8:15 PM

A welcoming group for parents of neurodivergent kids—children who move through the world in their own brilliant way. This group offers a supportive space for group members to talk honestly about the real-life joys, challenges, and humorous moments in everyday parenting and to find room for themselves amidst the complexity of neurodivergent family life. (max group size: 6)

Parenting After Loss: Caregiver Grief Support Group

WEDNESDAYS 12:00-1:15 PM (VIRTUAL)

A group for caregivers holding their own grief while tending to the grief of their children. This group offers a steady, compassionate space to connect and talk openly about the emotions and day-to-day realities of caring for grieving kids while navigating your own grief. Group focuses on providing an emotionally supportive space, practical coping and caregiving skills, and therapeutic support for ongoing grief waves. (max group size: 10)

Worry→Wisdom: A Group for Deep Thinkers + Feelers (Ages 10-13)

SUNDAYS 2:00-3:15 PM

This group is for early adolescents who move through the world with deep feeling—sensitive, thoughtful kids who often become overwhelmed, anxious, or self-critical. They carry a rich, creative inner world, yet intense feelings can make it hard to see their strengths, leaving them focused on their mistakes or striving for perfection.

Through creative activities and open-ended discussions, group members build emotional awareness, discover their wisdom, practice self-advocacy and coping skills, and find a sense of connection and normalcy with peers. (max group size: 6)

Playful Coping + Expression (Ages 7-9)

SUNDAYS 11:00-12:15 PM

This group offers elementary-aged children a creative space to slow down and process big emotions. Group therapy can be a highly effective and cost-friendly way to support kids in middle childhood. In this small peer setting, opportunities to practice empathy, communication, and social skills naturally emerge as children learn with and from one another with the support of a therapist.

Through play, creative expression, and guided discussions, children give language and shape to their experiences, allowing them to build the healthy coping and regulation skills they need to feel steadier in the world. (max group size: 4)
