Through play, creativity, and connection with peers, kids learn they’re not alone and practice healthy coping and communication.

Our Sunday fall therapy groups offer kids and teens a thoughtfully designed space to slow down, reconnect, and grow alongside peers in a creative and supportive environment.

More than traditional therapy, each group is a unique blend of therapeutic connection, creativity, and self-discovery.

Through expressive arts and play activities and meaningful discussions, participants explore emotions, build confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop skills they can carry into everyday life.

Spring → Apr 4–May 23 (8 sessions)
