Group Therapy
Adult Groups
Group therapy offers a powerful space to explore challenges, notice stuck patterns, and grow alongside others.
In group work, we make mistakes, find connection, deepen empathy, and practice healthier communication. Group unapologetically reveals how old wounds show up in the way we relate to others—and gives us the opportunity to heal them through new, supportive relationships. While we can’t change the past, we can experience meaningful healing in a safe, therapist-supported environment that reflects real-life dynamics.

Adult groups may be open-process spaces or centered around a shared experience—such as divorce, grief, or parenting. These groups offer focused support while still honoring the organic connections and insights that unfold when people gather with similar stories.
Child + Teen Groups
Groups for kids offer supportive spaces to navigate big feelings and transitions.
Groups focus on shared experiences like divorce, grief, middle school transition, neurodivergence, or social-skills challenges. Through play, creativity, and connection with peers, kids learn they’re not alone and practice healthy coping and communication.
