ABOUT ME
Meaghan Seelaus, MA, MEd, LPCC
M.A. Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling
M.Ed. Early Childhood Education
B.A. Architectural Studies
I hold a Master’s in Education (Lesley University) as well as a Master's in Counseling (Naropa University) with a focus on creative, person-centered, and contemplative approaches.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent almost two decades in education, teaching a wide range of neurodiverse learners from preschool to middle school. In my most recent work as a grief counselor, I supported children and caregivers through loss, unexpected life transitions, and complex relationships.
Currently, I specialize in grief, divorce, parenting, family trauma, neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, sensory processing, HSP, dyslexia, gifted, 2E), life transitions, LGBTQ+, education, and spirituality.
MY APPROACH
We all hold multiple truths + unique stories worth honoring
My approach is relational and intuitive, honoring the many truths and stories each person and family carries. My work is rooted in connection, belonging, and the belief that we all carry the wisdom needed to heal from within.
I bring a grounded, intuitive presence and strive to create spaces where people feel safe, understood, and able to show up as their full selves—shadow, light, and everything in between.
I draw from a variety of therapies, including Jungian, Gestalt, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandplay, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Mindfulness-based (MBCT), Person-Centered, Strengths-based, and Transpersonal.

GROUP THERAPISTS
A team effort.
Groups are occasionally co-led or supported by an additional professional as part of the Wild Crescent Therapy Studio team, whose experience and skills align with specific group topics or populations.
