Therapy for children, teens, and adults in Denver — offering family therapy, creative arts and play therapy, grief and divorce support, and neurodivergent-affirming care.
ABOUT

I work with children and adults navigating complex relationships and significant life transitions shaped by grief, divorce, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, sensory processing), identify, and spirituality.
Through creative psychotherapy, I weave artistic expression, play, sandtray, and mindfulness with practical tools to help you access emotions and insight beyond words and create meaningful change in your daily life.
My work is grounded in presence, creativity, and meaning-making, supporting sensitive kids and overwhelmed caregivers beyond behavior charts or quick fixes—as well as adults seeking support through times of change, including existential + spiritual exploration.
SERVICES
In-person therapy in Denver, with virtual therapy available for teens and adults across Colorado.
Play + Creative Expression
For kids and adults alike, play and creative expression offer safe, intuitive ways to process emotions, build agency, and connect with our inner world. They spark new pathways to healing that words alone can't always provide.
Specialized Grief Support
Grief therapy for bereaved children, adults, and families in Denver.
As a Comprehensive Grief Care® Pathfinders Provider through Judi's House, I work with bereaved children + adults to support increased coping skills, connection, and post-traumatic growth. I integrate grief support into our treatment goals to offer ongoing, holistic care.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
Therapy for ADHD, autism, twice exceptional, and highly sensitive kids and adults in City Park West, Denver.
Some children are misunderstood long before they are supported, and many adults have spent years adapting to systems that never quite fit. I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming therapy that builds regulation, executive functioning, and self-trust while honoring complexity as strength.
Personalized Support for Parents + Caregivers
When children are growing, parents are growing too. The stakes feel high because the love runs deep. Therapy offers space to become the grounded presence your child can lean on and to helps you learn how to honor your story without repeating it.
Additionally, every child’s therapy plan includes a free, weekly 30-minute call with caregivers.
