Service Description
Many adults want more ease and connection in their lives, but find themselves stuck in familiar patterns—holding back, overthinking, people-pleasing, or not feeling fully understood. In this group, adults come together to process, reflect, and connect in a supportive, real-world space. With therapist guidance, the group offers a chance to experience new ways of relating—and create change that extends beyond the room. Group is a space to: – feel more connected and less alone in everyday life – shift patterns like avoidance, overthinking, and people-pleasing – practice being more direct, honest, and present – strengthen boundaries, self-trust, and emotional clarity – build trust, confidence, and deeper connection with others For many members, the group becomes a meaningful part of their week—and a highly effective form of therapy that supports real, lasting change.
