Note: I am not in-network with CHP+ or Tricare and will not submit claims to your insurance provider. I offer a reduced sliding scale for CHP+ and TriCare clients. Please select the rate that works for your family.
Policies
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Unless otherwise agreed upon, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a flat fee of $50. If a sudden illness or emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Appointments missed without any prior communication will be billed at your full session rate.
