Wild Roots Fall Group (15-18yrs)

Service Description

Wild Roots is a therapy group for older teens navigating the transition toward adulthood. It's designed for thoughtful, creative, and emotionally aware teens who are looking for a space to explore who they are, build authentic connections, and feel less alone in the challenges of growing up. Using creative and experiential approaches, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation, group members deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, practice healthy communication and boundaries, and cultivate confidence in their values, identity, and relationships. Best for high school sophomores, juniors, seniors, and recent graduates during the 2026–27 school year. Please reach out if you have questions about whether this group would be a good fit for your teen! REGISTRATION: Join the interest list! We need a minimum of 3 participants to run group. Once we reach enough group members, we will send out registration details. WHEN: We're planning for Wednesdays, 4:00–5:15 PM, but the final schedule will be based on interest and availability. Let us know if another day or time would be a better fit! PARENT SUPPORT: Enrollment includes a 30-minute consultation with Meaghan. While the focus of this group is on supporting teens' growing independence, parents are welcome to reach out with questions or concerns throughout the group. COST & PAYMENT: Secure your spot by paying for the first group session upfront, then pay weekly per session thereafter: Standard Fee: $37.50 / session Sibling Discount: $25 / session ––For each teen when enrolling two or more children in a fall group CHP+/TriCare families: $15 / session ATTENDANCE: Enrolling is a commitment to the full 10-week session. Consistent attendance helps build trust, safety, and meaningful relationships within the group, so each teen's spot is reserved exclusively for them each week. Absences: We know life happens. Your teen may miss up to two groups during the 10-week session without being charged. After 2 Misses: Because the spot remains reserved, the regular per-session fee will be charged for any additional missed groups.
