Support for Schools
When educators feel supported and understood, they are better able to offer the same to students.
School Support
Professional development for teachers, workshops for parents, and classroom support through consultations, observations, and mentoring.
Schools are complex ecosystems—shaped by relationships, nervous systems, systems of power, and the unseen weight students and educators carry with them each day.
My work with schools offers relational, trauma-informed support that centers the well-being of both students and educators. Rather than one-off trainings or quick fixes, this approach prioritizes listening, observation, reflection, and practical collaboration—helping adults better understand behavior, respond with greater clarity, and feel more supported in their roles.
Drawing on my background as a longtime educator and licensed therapist, I partner with schools to support classroom climate, reduce burnout, and strengthen relationships across students, caregivers, teachers, and administrators. This work honors neurodiversity, developmental needs, and the reality that meaningful change happens over time—not through scripts or behavior charts alone.

Classroom Support for Teachers
Sometimes an outside observer can help identify patterns and support teachers in areas of the classroom where they feel stuck. Using my background as a classroom teacher combined with a trauma-informed lens, I help educators feel empowered and bring back joy and meaning to their work.
I observe classrooms, provide deep listening sessions teachers, personalized support, and collaborate with the broader school community to strengthen relationships, navigate tricky parts of the day, and increase feelings of success for teachers and students alike.
This may involve exploring why certain behaviors feel triggering and examining responses with curiosity; offering psychoeducation about brain development, behavior, and trauma; identifying where additional support may be needed; and crafting thoughtful communication with families that strengthens trust and connection — all in service of a healthier, more connected school culture.
